Pricing questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan gives you 50 store records per month in the web app, all platforms, no card - so you can test the data on your own targets before paying.
How does the quota work?
One unified meter: 1 = one store you view or retrieve, on any channel (web app, export or API). The same store seen again in the same month is only counted once, so browsing never penalises you.
What is a "contact reveal"?
Revealing a store's contact details (email, phone, address, socials) draws 1 from your monthly quota plus 1 contact credit. Pro includes 2,000 reveals/mo, Scale 15,000, then overage at $0.04 / $0.03. It's the only thing metered separately - so browsing stays cheap and the database can't be vacuumed.
Is the API really included at $49?
Yes - the REST API and the MCP server are included from Starter. Access is rate-limited per key (independent of the monthly quota). Contact data and the premium layers stay on Pro and above.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans are month-to-month, cancellable from the dashboard. Annual plans bill once for 12 months at the price of 10 (two months free).
Can I export to CSV?
Yes. CSV / JSON export is included from Starter, on every plan above it. Filter a segment in the app and export it - no separate one-off purchase.
Can I resell the data?
Internal use across your team and delegated clients is fine. Direct resale, public redistribution, or inclusion in a competing product requires the Enterprise resale licence.
